Dr. Nathalie Butler is a General Dentist at James Bay Dental in Victoria
Dr. Nathalie Butler grew up in Victoria, BC. She later moved to Kingston, ON where she received her Bachelor (2014) and Master of Science (2016) degrees in biochemistry from Queen's University. Following this, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with distinction at the University of Western Ontario (2021).
After graduation, Dr. Butler served as a Dental Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and provided dental care to active military members in Victoria, Vancouver, and North Bay. Upon concluding her career with the Armed Forces, she decided to return to her hometown and be reunited with her family and loved ones.
Dr. Butler is passionate about providing high quality comprehensive dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. With a focus on patient education, she takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options and ensures patients fully understand their dental needs and feel confident in their decisions. Dr. Butler strives to make every visit a positive experience.
Outside of the office, Dr. Butler is an avid long-distance runner and is likely to be found pounding the pavement and training for her next race. She and her partner share a love for outdoor adventures and travelling. She considers herself something of a foodie and is always looking for restaurant recommendations or recipe ideas.
